Lynx Connect – Data Deletion Request
Lynx Connect does not require a user account.
If you have voluntarily submitted personal or diagnostic information to Lynx ApS through Lynx Connect and would like that information deleted, please send a request to:
Please include enough information for us to identify the data concerned, for example your email address and, where relevant, the vehicle VIN.
Lynx ApS will delete personal and diagnostic data associated with your request where it can reasonably be identified and where there is no legal, regulatory, security or other legitimate requirement to retain it.
Information that exists only locally on your device can be removed by deleting Lynx Connect application data or uninstalling the app.
Data that must be retained for legal, regulatory, security or legitimate record-keeping purposes may be retained only for the period required for that purpose.
