Production Restart Planned for Spring 2026 SILKEBORG, Denmark – May 2025 – Danish electric vehicle innovator Lynx ApS today announced that it has acquired the full rights to resume production of the Carver, the legendary fully enclosed, tilting three-wheeled electric vehicle.

The rights and patents to Carver are held by the Belgian company KERV, in which Lynx ApS is a co-owner. This strategic step marks the beginning of a new chapter for Carver, with production planning now underway for a full relaunch in Spring 2026. In addition to restarting production, Lynx will also ensure complete support for spare parts and accessories for the many Carver vehicles already on the road across Europe.

With the production-ready platform and type approval already in place, we are now focusing on relaunching the current Carver model as quickly and efficiently as possible,” says Lars Munksoe, founder of Lynx ApS. “The supply chain is largely intact, and our goal is to bring the Carver back to life with full service and parts support from day one.” Lynx will lead the production and relaunch of the current Carver model, while KERV continues to act as the holder of all related intellectual property, trademarks, and license rights. The relaunch aims to restore the Carver’s original vision: an agile, safe, and weather-protected electric vehicle that blends the advantages of a motorcycle and a car – ideal for urban and commuter use.
